A long slow 22km training run (Average 5.12 mins per km) Feeling great! 🙂 I needed to get in a long run; I’ve got the Western Province Duathlon Champs on Sunday. And then my first marathon (excited!!!), at Knysna, is less than 9 weeks away! I’ll need to put in some more mileage to make sure I’m well prepared. I’m thinking a sub 3.30 should be well within my capabilities. Nothing like putting pressure on myself!
