Nerves! Excitment! Taper week is here and we are days away from Ironman SA 70.3!
I am feeling fit and ready to go! I am obviously hoping for a perfect race but equally I am ready for any ‘obstacles’ that might get in my way. My training is done and I am feeling as fit as I ever could be. A huge thanks to my coach Dave, aka Supa Dave. Whatever happens on race day I will do my very best and I know I have family and friends rooting for me. Most of all I will make sure I have fun and do the best I can.
