The ATC Team Time Trial is always a great fun team event. Consisting of 4 x 3km on a flat route round Greenpoint park. Unfortunately due to injuries and work commitments we struggled to get a team together until the very last minute!
We entered a club (NBMC) mixed team with me running as number one – mainly due to the fact that the others were all stuck in traffic so would struggle to be ready to run when the start gun was fired! Also we hoped for a good fast start, which I didnt do too bad a job delivering…
My legs were feeling quite tired from the previous night’s track session but I was happy with my run 🙂
