Its been a bit of a non-running week for me 🙁 I had a great ride with the New Balance cyclists last Saturday morning. 115km, some great craic, lovely scenery and a great coffee at Mug and Bean afterwards 🙂 And a 32km run on Sunday morning. But during my run my right hip began to hurt 🙁 So my training for the week mainly consisted of swimming, spinning and cycling. I trained with the New Balance runners on Thursday evening (speed work) and my hip felt much better. I’ve booked a lino treatment with Adele Hamman on Saturday so hopefully she’ll fix me! I’m thinking it could be my ITB but I’m sure she’ll sort it out. Only 2 weeks til Knysna so I’ve not got time to be injured!
