The NBMC cycle to Malmesbury was cancelled due to the rain 🙁 Sat on the spin bike at the gym for 1.5 hrs instead. Very tedious! But at least I had the French Open tennis to watch. XC in the afternoon was at Koeberg. Most of the route was on sand; very hard work! I was aiming just to run at a tempo pace but my competitiveness kicked in after 1km! I was pleased to finish 2nd in 36:00 mins.
